Mid Beach is one of the zones into which Miami Beach is divided. Located between North Beach and South Beach, this area lies from 41st to 63rd street and it is known for its cultural diversity and family atmosphere.

The Mid Beach encompasses several small residential neighborhoods, such as North Bay Road, Allison Island, Lakeview, La Gorce Golf Course, Pinetree Drive, and Millionaire’s Row.

Residents of this stunning stretch enjoy a perfect blend of the excitement of the nearby South Beach and the comfortable, laid-back vibe typical of North Beach. In Mid Beach it is possible to find several prestigious restaurants, stylish bars, places for outdoor activities, and areas for relaxing with the family.

Obviously, Mid Beach would not be so amazing without its three-mile of golden beaches. Both the many tourists who visit the neighborhood and the residents enjoy them all year round thanks to its tropical climate. Just walking among the palm trees while admiring the buildings in a MiMo (Miami Modern) or art deco style is a true luxury.

It can be said that living in Mid Beach is like doing it in a vacation destination but with all the comforts of everyday life. The neighborhood is also very well-connected to the rest of the city, which makes travel and work very easy.

On this matter, Mid Beach is only 15 minutes by road from the International Airport, as well as 20 minutes from the largest business centers.

It is not surprising that the real estate in the area is quite wide. Homes range from the exclusive mansions of Millionaire’s Row, North Bay Road (with its stunning ocean views) to more modest multi-bedroom houses.

The area bounded by the Atlantic Ocean characterizes by its luxury condominiums and the exclusive Miami Modern Architecture (MiMo) hotels on the waterfront.

Mid Beach is also considered one of the best neighborhoods to raise a family. The environment is very rich in culture, art, and history and the area is home to exceptional local schools such as North Beach Elementary, Casa Dei Bambini Montessori, and St. John’s On The Lake.

Of course, families with kids will also find several really well-maintained parks and amenities like swimming pools, bowling alleys, arts and crafts, open fields, a fitness center, and even a computer lab.

The entertainment for the older ones is also extraordinary. All you have to do is stroll down the Beachwalk and Collins Avenue to find unparalleled dining experiences and world-class nightlife attractions.
